苏州的房价现在基本上一天一个台阶,相城高铁新城房价都是15000元/平左右的价格了,更令人恐怖的是,环秀湖花园一个周末就涨了5000元/平,从14000元/平奔至19000元/平,就差一点点就可以突破2.0了。不少人肯定会说:高铁新城啊,那个鸡不生蛋鸟不拉屎的破地方凭啥卖这么贵!凭啥?大家都在涨凭啥它不涨?再说了,购房者都有“买涨不买跌”的习惯,涨得多买的人说不定也多,毕竟大家看到的了 的希望。
房价疯魔了不说, 又挂牌了不少地块,看似是为了缓解楼市压力,然而并没有什么卵用。土拍一次次刷新各项记录,为啥就会认为拍地就会给过热的苏州楼市降一降温呢?只听说周边有拍地的楼盘在拍完后立即 的,就没听过 的!不知道这次土拍又会掀起怎样的狂潮!
